So, ... for echidnas ... if you either have advanced technology, are a cyborg, are an albino (white colored skin), or are all of the above (previously listed), then you have to be evil?

It's a custom design for the SWATbots, but yeah they're mostly based off of the ones from Chronicles... just took off their goofy lego minifig hands.

Its okay! Sonic can just lend Sonic his power and SOnic will do a Sonic Boom Kamehameha Wave and then Sonic will Spindash through Roassnik and then Sonic will do a little dance of joy and the Tikal will facepalm but since shes a ghost her hand will pass through her face.

Ghost Sonic is from the rest of the "Ghosts of the Future" comic, while the other Sonic is from 's fan continuation of Sonic the Comic, the British sonic comic that was left unfinished.
Ghost Sonic wound up in the dimension of the other Sonic while looking for the Chaos Emeralds, so there are two Sonics in the same dimension at the moment. One is native to this dimension, and one is from another dimension.

No doubt GOTF Sonic will be getting incredibly angry to see Robotnik again, and Tikal will have to keep him under control somewhat, not letting his rage overwhelm his mind.

On the other hand, Dr. Robotnik of the STC universe looks quite different than the Eggman GOTF Sonic knows... Only similarities would be the outfit and that walker....Okay, maybe that mustache is also vaguely similar, but still. XD

Perhaps, but I feel that with the combination of the outfit, the familiar robots at his command and Robotnik's general familiar presence, that GOTF Sonic would come to the conclusion of it being Eggman.
