Issue 7, Page 21Sorry about the wait-- pages with lighting changes take longer.
I gotta hustle over to my martial arts class, so I'll write something up when I get back if great and profound ideas come to me while I get tossed around.
I am back, but nothing big has come to mind. I still giggle when I read this page sometimes... I'm glad nobody seems to have rage over my treatment of Shadow so far. Also, I'm preparing a tutorial for this page so stay tuned for that.

I really like the way the middle panel turned out: Silver in the background with a different texture, and Shadow in the front with another.
Nothing like a little cooking to get the creative juices flowing.

My shading looks good because I learned to shade by observing and drawing objects from real life. Lots and lots of still lifes in charcoal and graphite. It's the only way to do it.
