Now why does this remind me of a scene from Sonic Adventure 2 and its remake, SA2: Battle? Oh right, glass tube out of the ceiling. Which we can't see from this angle, meaning that the glass came from absolutely nowhere. Or perhaps the floor, which completely ruins the effect, because everybody knows glass tubes are supposed to drop down out of nowhere.

that's great, and it is sort of the point, but the fact remains i'm still missing half the conversation, which makes it difficult to get into the situation. how am i to get a feel for sonic's situation and what it's doing to him if i can't hear his no doubt panicked pleas?

man, I was up this late last night too XD If only I had checked deviantart lol. I'm sort of happy that what I thought he said was around the same lines. I thought he said this:
"What the heck is this?"
"No! I can't get through!"
Oh Gosh I can't wait to read rest. The room itself reminds me of where they fought the Biolizard, and even more so the situation reminds me of when Sonic was thrown into space with the capsule. But, the good thing is you can't really kill Sonic again can you? I mean he's already a ghost.
