Um this character looks evil, yet they did have both Maximal and Predicon Fuzors (which I believe was the name of the BW transformers that had alt modes that were the combo of two animals) so which is she a maximal or predicon you forgot to include the transformer symbol on here that would mark her as part of one group or the other.

Lol no prob I was trying to come up with a new kind of species of Transformer called the Savage-Cons I helped a friend some time back and well she is a Savage-Con but when I get finished with some of my characters some times I dont know where to put there symbol lol

Very good "superhero" anatomy, I like your style here. She has a cool outfit design as well. The background, however, is pointless; the character does not interact with it, the perspective doesn't match up, and I don't even think she's casting a shadow on the ground. It looks like it's slapped on as an afterthought- not part of the artwork.
Next time- try designing backwards. Instead of drawing your character first, draw a scene for them to interact with; then plot your character(s) in proper proportions as they relate to the background. This seems to be what is missing from your artwork.
