It is obvious that when I think of these two ... I also think that the biggest tragedy for them would be loss each other. I didn't draw Fluttershy mourning Discord's death, or Discord who accepted the fact that Fluttershy had died of old age because my cfancomic touches on these topics. I thought what would happen if Fluttershy died suddenly, attacked by some dangerous beast and Discord came too late to protect and save her. When I was drawing this picture, a dialogue arose in my head:
Fluttershy: No! I don't want to leave him!
Death: You do not have a choice.
Fluttershy: No, no, no, I don't agree! Please, let me come back! I want to be alive! He only has me! Only I really understand him!
Death: Everyone who dies says so and begs me for a second chance, if I allowed everyone who asks me to come back to life the balance between life and death would be broken.

Me: So he's either going to hunt you down and force you to bring her back or unleash Chaos everywhere, and not the nice kind. I mean lots of death everywhere and lots of overtime for you and that's before he decides to hunt you down.
Death: Oh Fuck.

Death: Okay you can come back to life.
* Fluttershy's soul joins her body, the wounds and blood on her body disappear. She takes a deep breath and slowly opens her eyes. Fluttershy sees Discord crying above her. Draconequus notices that Fluttershy is alive. He is shocked and surprised. For a moment he freezes, not believing what he sees*
D: B-but how?
F: I got a second chance.
*Discord holds her to his chest and kisses her on the lips*
