I don't believe for a second that he doesn't know what he's doing, mentally handicapped or not. He's acknowledged it several times, claiming that he'll do better, of which he never does of course. He blatantly ignores any advice given to him because it's not the sympathy or ass kissing he wants to hear. Trust me, I've tried twice to help this guy and he doesn't listen. He blocks those who try to help him.
He's not gonna make it as an adult, I'll tell ya that because no one would put up with this behavior.
