Description
This is what happens when I watch this episode, the saddest episode in the history of Doctor Who. Right in the feels! And I thought Doomsday and Journey's End were sad. It was absolutely the most heart-breaking, gut-wrenching, painful thing to see Ten go. I really did sob quite profusely. I've seen it several times now, and each time I'm reduced to an inconsolable puddle of tears. It's a little bit easier to watch now that I've seen Series 5, because now I know there's Eleven to look forward to, and I quite like Eleven. Eleven is cool.Ink and colored pencil on paper

I don't cry while watching TV shows, I just don't. Except Tenth Doctor's regeneration. It doesn't matter how many times I watch it, it's always the same. Why did he have to go?

Moffat's usually cruel, but here it was RTD who twisted the knife.

Me too! I like Math Smith's Doctor very much but I can't bear him just after Tenth's regeneration, in his clothes and everything. He's just... wrong.

I have watched Daleks murdering innocent civilians, I have watched Cybermen plug into peoples' brains, I watched as a madman became prime minister of my homeland but none of the above brought on as much emotions as David Tennant's farewell. He ensured the show became a world wide phenominon and he will be remembered for it.

I couldn't agree more. I knew that it was going to happen and that it'd be sad, but nothing could have prepared me for that. I was inconsolable.

It took me a couple viewings to actually see what Matt looked like, because there were too many tears in my eyes me to see him. It hurt to see him wearing Ten's clothes.
