Tite Kubo is the creator of the manga, Bleach. And here we see some fans who are a little too obsessed with the characters in the story. The comic is inspired from a forum I accidentally came by once (Pairing-fans scares me sometimes O_o) Some of them takes this manga way too seriously

Lol this is pretty funny! Poor Kubo-san. I agree, it is the guy's manga (though I favor Ichihime) so let him do what he wants plus, it IS a Shounen manga so romance will always take a backseat in the series regardless. I'm fine with whichever route he goes and yes, fans like those not only get on my nerves but scare me. I used to be like that too though it was for other fandoms. *shameful* But hey, we all do grow out of that eventually.
