Vincent takes Ziprasidone to calm and suppress his psychotic/schizophrenic tendencies. He never goes anywhere without a prescription bottle full of the things, and takes them religiously.
Because...the last time he went without...
...5 children were murdered.

She grinned and sighed, "Well...i'm not human. To be honest, I am death, in a sense. I can communicate with the dead and send them off to wherever, but...I kinda have to fight things...supernatural things...sometimes things manmade because people try to kill our kind when we're really just trying to do our job and keep this place from turning into chaos. The reason why i have these..scars..and the eye patch is because of them doing that, in a very sadistic manner. They experimented on me...and I'll explain later on that, BUT--oh hi--sorry one of them just wanted to say hi--ANYWHO...so yeah that's why I can see them and why I am still alive..then again i have really good and bad luck." She rubbed her head as she finished explaining.

Vincent just blinked at the end of her explanation. "Ok...then..." He sighed and shook his head. "So does that mean you can connect them with me?"

"Connect as in ...communicate for you?" She paused as she sat up. She twitched and turned around she she saw another one playfully poke her back.

Vincent nodded eagerly, "Yes. I've been wanting to speak with them since day 1."

She nodded and she said, "Is that what you want..?"

Vincent gave her a look, "Well, I just said it, didn't I?"

"sorry, just making sure," She looked down and sighed, "So for this case I am going to have to do something a taaaad different so bare with me if my responses to you might vary." She closed her eyes, and opened them again, which made her look like she wasn't mentally there. On the other hand, all she saw was the kids. Everything around her was somewhat the same.

Vincent sighed and shook his head slightly at the nausea that was beginning to rise in his chest. "I'm not doing too hot, kid."

Enid tilted her head to the side, "What's wrong?"

Vincent only shook his head as the sickening feeling increased further. "It's a side effect of what I take."

"Oh..." Enid said shyly, sitting next to the man with the purple hair and clothes "Why are you all purple? Did you drink too much grape juice?"

Vincent smiled slightly at her through the pain. "I like the color. It calms me down."

"I like purple, too." Enid chirped, returning the smile. "Why are you over here all alone?"

Vincent sighed and kept one hand clutched on his stomach as he stood up to his full height. "Because no one comes to me, and I'm not going to waste my time coming to them."

Enid looked up at him, not exactly knowing what to say to that. She noticed that this man dressed in purple was holding his stomach and acting as if sick. She looked up so that her eyes met his. "Um, sir do you need a trash bin? You look like you're going to puke."

Vincent nodded sharply as he motioned towards a nearby trashcan with his eyes. "Please hurry."

Enid ran as fast as her little legs could carry her and retrieved the trash bin and placed it in front of him.

Vincent shakily grabbed a hold of the trashcan and ran with it, heading into the bathrooms as he retched.

Enid could only watch the man in purple run. She walked and followed him, but didn't look until she seemed to have stopped vomiting. She stood beside him and patted his back "It's okay, It's okay."

Vincent sighed and wiped his mouth with a paper towel as he set the trashcan aside. "Thanks kid." He said hoarsely, the stomach acid still burning his throat.

"You're welcome." She babbled, in her cute little girl tone. "What's your name?"

Vincent sighed as he straightened his shirt collar, "Vincent. Vincent Grey."

"Vincent?" Enid repeated, her expression was blank for a minute then she smiled "I like that name. I'm Enid. Enid Whitebirch."

Vincent smiled slightly as he nodded at her, "Glad to hear it Enid. That's a nice name, by the way."

"Thank you, Mr. Vincent." Enid said with a bright smile. There was an awkward silence, it stayed that for a minute or two before Enid said "My cat had kittens today. But, they were stillborn." she said, a spark of sadness in her voice "Could you help me make crosses for them?"

Vincent's eyes widened slightly at the sudden morbidness of the topic, but smiled when he saw the girl's happiness. "Sure thing, kid. Where do I make them?"

"We could make them right here." Enid suggested, emptying a roll of string and small pieces of wood from her backpack. "I'll start making them. Thank you for helping me with this. I'll be sure to get you something from the ice-cream truck next time it comes by." She said, picking 2 pieces from her pile.

Vincent chuckled at her offer as he began to tie the first little wooden cross together. "Sure kid, tell ya what, how about I get you something, eh?"

"That would be nice." Enid replied returning the chuckle. After a minute or two of making wooden crosses for the stillborn kittens, Enid took a look and noticed that The crosses Vincent was making were a bit smaller than the ones she was making. "Aren't they too small?" she asked

Vincent sighed and rubbed the back of his head, "Sorry kid, but I'm not the best at arts and crafts, yeah?"

Enid looked at Vincent with the straightest face on the planet "No, it's okay, It's just that, I thought we were going to nail them to the crosses."

Vincent's eyes widened in shock as he processed the girl's words. A long moment passed before he slowly shook his head. "No hun, that's not how the crosses of nowadays work. Now, they just mark the place where the person is buried." He pointed towards the flimsy materials that they'd been using to make the crosses. "Besides, this material is far too weak to hold them up."

"Oh, okay." Enid chirped, continuing to tie little crosses for the kittens. Before they knew it they were done with the little things, Enid carefully put them in her backpack and zipped it back up. "Thank you Mr.Vincent," she thanked. Silence hung in the air for a minute or two before cheerful music began to play. Enids eyes widened with excitement "ICE CREAM TRCUK!" she shouted, pointing to the multicolored truck, which was already starting to crowd with children.
