Vincent takes Ziprasidone to calm and suppress his psychotic/schizophrenic tendencies. He never goes anywhere without a prescription bottle full of the things, and takes them religiously.
Because...the last time he went without...

Vincent stirred his lemonade absentmindedly as he turned his attention towards the birds flying overhead. "I often wish I could just go back in time and forced that pharmacist to have given me my prescriptions."

Vincent sighed as he stirred his lemonade around some more, "That damn pharmacist...they said that I couldn't afford my next prescription refill and had put me on hold. I couldn't pay for it then and there, so...I went to work..."

Vincent sighed and abandoned his lemonade as he put his head in his hands. "I thought I could make it...just for one shift..."

I put an arm over his shoulder, hugging him close. "Can't believe they'd put you on hold. Considering the condition, that's almost criminal negligence."

Vincent smirked slightly, "Oh that pharmacist will never see work in a drug store again, I'll tell you that..." Vincent's voice cracked slightly as he buried his head in his arms, "But it'll never bring...them back..."

Vincent sat there in your embrace for a long time before his body began to softly shake.

Vincent said nothing for a long time as he contemplated where to go. "The car..." he finally whispered, his voice strained.

"Right away." I lead him over there slowly and carefully, doing my best to ward off any weird glares we get.

The minute Vincent got into the car, his whole body was racked with sobs, tears flowing freely down his face and dropping against the car seat.

First off, I love this picture. XD the background clearly emphasizes Vincent in the foreground, and it love the way you shaded the medication. Vincent's position is good; it seems as if he's floating somewhere between reality and his mind, and I love that affect. His pained, exhausted expression on his face clearly illustrates what he's going through, and you conveyed the emotions perfectly.
