Description
The marionette found itself so completely and utterly entranced by the night guard’s smooth melodic voice as she sang that all of its previous motives of killing her were forgotten. Situating itself beside her at her desk, it continued to listen to her as she sang-completely oblivious to his presence.
(I apologize for the girl’s horrible proportions-I was pitifully attempting to copy rebornica’s art style)

My fav animatronic... Well the puppet would be my ultimate fav now...
When I first got into the fandom literal hours after it's release, my fav animatronic was Chica...but then I thought they were all boys... When I found out that Chica was a girl, my favorite just became every animatronic. I was never scared of them and I liked them all equally.
XD My unbiased love is spread throughout all of the animatronics (including the new ones). Well...I guess I like new Toy Freddy the least soley because of me not liking his design. Other than that, I like everyone equally.
And yes, I am up for role playing.

Jeremy had just applied for his job at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. It wasn't the best job that he could have taken, he knew that, but hey. It was something to do, right? The job didn't sound like he was going to be doing much, but at least he got paid for it!
Jeremy sighed as he adjusted his cap. Looks like it was going to be really boring tonight. Oh well. He took out his keys, fiddled with them a bit, and then found the correct one. He unlocked the door, and made his way inside, closing and locking the door behind him.

The marionette lay dormant in his box, the soft tinkling of the music box keeping him in a half-conscious dream state. The darkness and security it provided was soothing, and any unwanted noises from the outside world were muffled and drowned out by the sweet melody.

Jeremy started his shift. He listened to Phone Guy and sighed. Looks like things weren't going to be as easy as he thought they would be...

The marionette began to stir as the music box's familiar melody began to slow. Each note became strained and lengthened as if trying to prolong the inevitable. The end.

Jeremy checked the music box and cursed, seeing that it was winding down already. He wound it back up as quick as he could, then checked the other cameras and flashed the lights down the air vents and the hall, just to be safe.

The puppet sighed as the familar tune picked up once more, growing in strength and energy. It slipped back into the half consciosness once more.

Jeremy sighed in relief. Good. It wouldn't be coming out of its box anytime soon...
He then fell into a pattern of checking the vents and hallway, as well as winding the music box and putting the mask on if necessary.

The puppet began to stir once again as the music box's tinny melody slowed down once more, its notes straining pitifully against its ears. Silently reaching up, it pushed the lid of the box away and slowly poked it's head up. Tilting its head up at the camera, it allowed a slow grin to spread across its face. The night watch was not paying attention.

Jeremy felt ice trickle down his spine. Something was wrong...something was very wrong...
He checked the camrea that pointed at the music box and yelped in terror. "Oh god oh god oh god oh god..." he said, his voice strained and high in pitch from fear.

The puppet's grin grew even wider as it slipped its long spindly legs out of its present box. Small white dots glowed in its previously empty black sockets as a twisted eagerness overcame it. For a long moment, it looked up at the camera, letting the night watch know that it was there. It would enjoy this.

Jeremy chocked slightly, unable to take in air because his throat had constricted in terror. He put the camera view down, and flashed the lights down the air vents and hallways frantically. He knew he was dead; he was just prolonging the inevitable. Slowly, the clock turned to five.

Quickly, the puppet allowed it's strings to carry it, quickly dragging itself through the hallways to the room where it knew the night guard was. A frenzied tinkling of pop goes the weasel accompanied it as it flew towards the room that held the only light in the entire facility.

Jeremy yelped and hid under his desk. "Alright Jeremy, if it wants you, it's going to have to fight." Jeremy said to himself, a look of determination on his face. He straightened his cap and waited.

The puppet flew through the air and launched itself at the desk where it thought the guard would be. A cry of dismay erupted from it when it only soared through empty air and crashed into the wall behind the desk.

Jeremy hastily stood up, his breathing quick. The clock struck six, and he sighed in relief. He walked over to Puppet and picked him up carefully. "Um..." he said awkwardly. "I...guess I'll just put you back, then..."

The marionette groaned softly as it weakly attempted to stand.

"Whoa, hey, hey! Take it easy. You just hit your head pretty hard there..." Jeremy had no idea why he was trying to comfort it, but he went along with what his instincts told him to say.

The puppet stopped its struggling and turned to look up at Jeremy with confusion clearly evident on its face.

Jeremy smiled nervously. "Hey, it's alright. Now, I'm gonna pick you up, okay?" And with that, he picked up the puppet gently, cradling it in his arms. He really had no idea why he was helping something that had obviously been trying tto kill him a few minutes earlier.

The puppet stared up at him with wide eyes. It opened its mouth as if it wanted to say something, but then closed it again. For a moment, it looked away- but then it returned its gaze to him and in a soft unearthly voice asked, "You're helping me?"

Jeremy almost freaked out, but managed to keep himself under control. "Y-yeah. I am." He said with a nervous laugh.

The puppet cocked its head before weakly moving one of its long gangly arms to lightly touch one of Jeremy's arms that were holding it. "Why?"

Jeremy flinched slightly. "Um...w-well, you look like you need some help, and...it's after six, so my shift is over, and...well, I'm guessing you and the others want try to hurt me when I'm off duty." Jeremy said, beginning to walk back to the Prize Corner.

The puppet's gaze lingered over him as it was taken back to its box. For a moment it said nothing as the night watch lowered him back into his box and turned away. But as the night watch turned away, it opened its mouth and earnestly asked, "Tell me, night watch, what is your name?"

Jeremy looked back. He smiled slightly. "My name's Jeremy Fitzgerald."

The puppet cocked it's head then looked down, repeating it softly to itself. "Jeremy Fitzgerald."

Jeremy thought a moment. "Hey...I know this is sudden, but do you want to come with me?" He asked.

Puppet: *stunned* W-what?

"Um...you know...to like, see the outside world. I know you don't really get out much, so...would you like to come with me? I...I know that the only people you see are little kids, so...I thought it might be good if you saw some variety, ya know?" Jeremy said a bit awkwardly.

The puppet tilted its head before slowly climbing out of the box and walking over to Jeremy. "And where, pray tell, would you take me?"

"Um...I-I don't know." Jeremy admitted. "To see my house, my family, maybe? We could go around town and sightsee or something." He hesitated for a moment, then knelt down and offered his hand to the puppet.

The puppet eyed him warily before slowly reaching up and taking his hand. "Take me around the town."

Jeremy nodded and picked him up carefully, knowing how fragile the thing was. He carried him to his car and set him gently in the passenger seat, buckling him in. He then got into the drivers seat and started the car.
"Jeez, what am I doing?" He thought to himself. He smiled.

Puppet: *stares wide-eyed out the window at the coming sunrise as it arches over the parking lot* T-This is-!
