I have thought about this piece all day, and even had to search for it, as I'd forgotten at the time to save it to favorites. Just unforgettable! My translator isn't working, so I don't know if this was already said below, but the symbolism to me is with Severus looking young and holding the Lily, his other wrist cut, and Lucius implied next to him, that the choices Severus made in youth of loving Lily and being best friends with Lucius killed him - destroyed him in youth so he was basically dead as an adult. Of course, that's just my interpretation, and perhaps completely wrong. But this is a haunting work to be sure. Just flawless. And putting Lucius next to him but only showing his cane....the whole piece is brillant!

Ну, тут надо отдать автору должное: он блестяще манипулирует трендовыми образами и сердцами несчастных снейповых фанаток)) Вот люди пишут, что здесь, мол, есть некая история.. но лично у меня суицид на почве несчастной любви (ну, явно к Лили)) и взирающий на труп Люц вообще ни во что не складываются!)) Имхо, это даже не слеш)) И мне все чудится, что Люциус стоит и думает там про себя: "Этж надо так, а? Из-за какой-то ба-абы!..." жD
..Хотя странность происходящего привлекает и интригует чертовски!

На самом деле это стебная картинка, так как у нас с моим близким другом бытует чудесная присказка про эмо-профессора, который жаждет резать вены. Причем любыми попавшимися под руку предметами, включая свой нос XD На самом деле на лайне к этой картинке от Люциуса была выноска "Северус, вам есть зачем жить"))
А вообще он на этой картинке абсолютно невтемно, ибо рисовался только для выноски. Я боялся даже выкладывать этот арт, ибо он вроде как не выглядит стебным, но по сути так оно и есть) Спасибо за Ваш комментарий))
