самого means something like your or yourself. I don`t know how it translates in english really XD

Some people do it but they have very good health and it isn`t normal dor every Russian man. My health isn`t very good and so I even can`t walking in light clothes in winer time.
Theese people call as walruses.))

Haha of course i don't think all the inhabitants do this thing^^.
Oh like me. In winter i ALWAYS catch cold or something. Is it very cold now ?
