I also gave this fusion a bit more diversity, making it able to look more like either a Vaporeon, Dragonair, or Latias.Now for a thing:
Dragoreas is a mix of a Vaporeon, a Dragonair, and a Latias. It is normally a Dragon/Water type, but it can take on the Dragon/Psychic, or Water/Psychic type combination if it is bred with certain Pokemon. It can have the following abilities: Levitate, Marvel Scale, Shed Skin, and Water Absorb, generally. Dragoreas, can copy off the patterns, details, and movepool of aquatic dwellers, arctic dwellers, Dragon-Types, certain Psychic-Types, certain Flying-Types, and certain Ice-Types. This certain kind of outlook is by far the most common since it is usually found underwater. There are three other forms of this hybrid which have only really been seen once.
So yeah there we go. There's a bit more to this but for right now here it is.

Honestly I wasn't expecting it to look "good", since I was just sorta wanting to make it resemble that she's an aquatic creature. I also can't make much background anyway, but this is good critique for the future :3

*Seems to me we got a man relaxing near a beach or somewhat, probably because this guy is just relaxing there. Drinking some coke, and nothing else to be said.*

(The RED War Veteran Engineer, another of those mercenaries, but unlike the others, he's more chilled out. His right hand was probably destroyed by a BLU Demoman prior to the Robotic Upgrade.)

There was a sound of movement underneath the ocean, seemingly close to the surface

*The man probably didn't take notice, as you would know, he's pretty chill. Unless, if in this circumstance water would be spouted, well... we would know where we would go with this. In all cases, the man was checking his right hand, which was a weapon in itself, only designed for close quarters.*

The thing then rose her head past the water, staring at the man in curiosity

???: "A long way from your home, pardner." *This man is thinking about how this creature got to his own little camp.*

The creature nodded her head in understanding.
Dragoreas: I guess so.. I've been just traveling the waters.

???: "Water travelling isn't exactly what I would do. It would destroy the right hand as you can see." *He only got closer to the water to show this creature what he exactly meant. A robotic hand replacing a human hand.*

Though she didn't understand what it was for, she knew that it must've been precious so she nodded her head.
Dragoreas: Are you here alone?

???: "If by alone you mean I'm not with my detachment of RED Mercenaries, yes. I'm alone as of now."

Dragoreas: ....Okay...what exactly are those?

???: "A typical mercenary is a human, from my knowledge. It doesn't matter what or who you are, but the life of a mercenary is rough, but-" *He was interrupted by a phone call*
Shadey: "No time to talk, Engineer. BLU Mercenaries has found out our location.
???: "... Right. I shall send you a delivery of Sentries at once. Where are you, exactly?"
*The communication was probably choppy, so... I couldn't get much through to the Engineer. Soon, there was no signal.*
???: "Brilliant. Loss of signal."

The hybrid was acknowledging the conversation. The situation seemed urgent to her senses anyway.
Dragoreas: Is he apart of your group?

???: "Yes, as a matter of fact."
*The point to prove, anyways...*

Dragoreas: So these..BLU Mercenaries..are they trying to kill you?

???: "Worse thing is, befriending a RED Mercenary can make a BLU Mercenary hostile."

???: "I'm generally the one to place buildings for the support of RED Team, but I'm often the lax one due to how I approach with the buildings."

Dragoreas: Okay. Are you worried about the attack?

???: "Worried? I'll have you know that I'm a war veteran. Look into my beret, otherwise."

The real reason behind her response was to just see what it was that was in there so she patiently waited for an action

*Now, to demonstrate the taunt of the Gunslinger, the man pulls on a cord to rev the Gunslinger to speed. Then he thrusted forward.*
???: "That's just my Gunslinger taunt, literally..."

The thing couldn't come up with much else to say so she just made an awkward smile.

*And then there's the building of his Dispenser. Punching it to increase building speed. And then the leveling process...*

*As soon as the Dispenser reaches Level 3, he uses the Destruction PDA to destroy a nearby Mini-Sentry, before picking up the Dispenser to be placed in a new position.*

*For the eliminations made with the Mini-Sentry, his shotgun was granted something called 'Revenge Criticals'. Limited shots to be used, but they work well as criticals.*

*On the Dispenser's screen... Breaking News would probably begin. The acoustic guitar music stops for the man to check out what's going on.*
News Reporter 1: "We are here for a bit of breaking news. A certain conflict has ended up with a bomb explosion. We shall take you over to our eyewitness on the case."

*The man increased the volume, to allow for the news to be heard more clearly.*
News Reporter: "Thank you, News Reporter 1. I'm standing here at what is assumed to be the aftermath of a bomb attack." *Something went wrong, with the BLU Mercenary Leader eliminating News Reporter 2. A grueling message was sent over.*
BLU Mercenary Leader: "To all who befriend a RED Mercenary... You're next." *The image cuts out, losing the show entirely.*

*The Engineer rewinds the recorded footage, and pauses at the man's speech. Same thing repeats.*
???: "That's the main enemy of the RED Mercenaries. A recent attack on a certain area proves that he's a maddened tyrant who wants Power."

Dragoreas: That sounds...awful..
She began to shudder recalling what happened to the poor news reporter (#rip )

???: "From an earlier phone call, Shadey told me what has happened, so... explains why there are some wounds in the salt."

Dragoreas nodded slowly, attempting to calm herself down

???: "And I must admit, it was partially the RED Mercenaries fault for entering the region, but... they were migrants trying to run away from the BLU Mercenaries after their main stronghold in another region was overrun."
