It was a bit harder to come up with designs for them or what Pokemon to even use, but it worked out XD (iknowtheorderiswrongnow,shutup)

Ralari and two other Mew were given the duty of watching over the land that was disrupted from supposedly one of them. With this burden, they weren't given a normal life and in fact depended on the city they were protecting to live. This was to have them stay there since who knows what could happen if they left. Elissora's spirit has lived through two other vessels: Tiada, Glycia, and is currently possessing Azuri, having a fourth prepared in case the Azelf gives out.

Ralari hadn't taken the whole watching thing too seriously. At first, Okeral was a beachside city with an underwater paradise for leisure. The place was fine overall, but still had the consistent worry of things like strong storms, so there was made a second version underwater. She sort of just let things go the way the people wanted to and clearly showed disinterest of wanting to guard before being told into it more by the other Mew
"Tiada" had taken more care of Okeral, even declaring the ownership of the first to someone she deeply trusted at the time. They were very close and helped each other a lot and it was rumored that they might actually get together. There's no real proof of what happened in the midst of it all.
"Glycia" was keen on having both towns share a protective force in case something happened. She and several others created the force bubble, which was a failsafe for the beachside city in case of severe storms or flooding. As for the underwater city, it was just there so the guardian could detect where it was.
"Azuri" became bored of the life underwater all the time and figured since it was never in any real danger she could branch out and do more things. However, the constant threats of a certain Uxie and certain scenarios of a Mesprit have her conflicted. The furthest she's gone was out to sea, and there she found two future subjects, two Dragoreas named Saffron and Oasis. Azuri also visits the beachside Okeral (renamed to Sealight City) for time off and leisure. She's been more wary with a target on her back as well, but seems to be fairing well against it. Sharla's time may be something similar, keeping the city at peace.
