The Solar Charm's an item that works like Sunny Day. If you have Chlorophyl, you can use it just fine, if you have Forecast/Flower Gift, you can use it just fine. If you have Dry Skin—then you probably shouldn't wear this.
It makes Weather Ball a Fire-Type move and just strengthens those moves in general. It wears off it it's taken off.
Sakura would receive this item from her dad when she was very young. It's really rare so she made sure to take extra care of it uvu
