All the other withered animatronics have upper teeth, so its safe to assume Bonnie would as well.

I know but Bonnie is a rabbit so it would be VERY strange for him to have upper teeth and could instead have buck teeth.

Chica is a chicken, so its weird for her to have teeth at all. Freddy is a bear, so its weird for him to have blocky teeth instead of sharp teeth like Foxy.
Real life doesn't always apply when it comes to cartoony characters. But at the end of the day , I guess we will never know for sure what it would look like, so its anyone guess.

If you look carefully at Withered Bonnie's jaw, you can see that his bowtie clips through his jaw like in the games. Nice attention to detail.

Nice job man, you really have a talent! Keep up the good work! Might I suggest something? Can you give it some whiskers? I know it sounds weird, but hear me out. The nightmare animatronics are all based off the classics (withereds). Nightmare Bonnie has crumpled and disfigured whiskers. Therefor, it's very likely that Bonnie had whiskers. What do you think?

I think the nightmares aren't just scary versions of the withered, for example, nightmare Chica has cheeks and articulated feathers on her head (whereas the withered version has a round head and static feathers), nightmare Bonnie has a double chin and nightmare Foxy has the lighter colouring around his eyes, on the sides of his face and on his lower jaw. Also the nightmares all have four fingers and a thumb on each hand. I have actually drawn what I think the un-nightmared animatronics would look like if you want me to post them.

The withered Chica has a two-part jaw, and the withered Foxy has a more narrow snout. Nightmare Bonnie's double chin is probably just showing how blocky the design of the withereds are. And the finger thing is kinda irrelevant, because none of the animatronics had that many fingers.
And they have to be based off of the unwithereds, what else WOULD they be based off of?

The temporary replacement costumes mentioned by phone guy on night 4 of fnaf 3. The finger thing is relevant because the withered were just animatronics alone, meaning they would not need four fingers and a thumb, but the replacement costumes would need as many fingers as a human has so they can be worn as costumes.

In the back there, the wires appear to be red or pink.
