Nope, he didn't do it better. His SpringTrap model always have problem with the mask moving, and the IK rigging. This is the BEST SpringTrap Model :3 Welp, except Scott's model, but that is obvious

Not only that but the model is literally too good for SFM

He had released all of his previous ones in the past, correct. But all those E_A had putting the models in Gmod in mind, when he made the models he had to lower the quality by a lot since SFM/Gmod run on Source, which is an old engine. Source came out back in 2004 for Half-Life 2, it can't handle complex models these days. So when he made V.3 and under he made them low quality for Source, but he said he is done releasing them and we have 31. Since he is done releasing models, he made this model WITHOUT Source in mind, so he had no limits. With no limits he make it as high quality as he can, and since he made it super high it would break Gmod and Source.
Maybe when Source 2 works for Gmod and SFM it will more then likely handle it, but for the time being it won't and either way E_A won't release it.

Source is very limited on modeling these days due to its age, Springtrap would spring lock SFM.
