Firstly, thank you for the favorite!
I created this using a free program called DAZ Studio. DAZ allows you to use pre-created models to compose your own images. The idea for this picture is my own, but the products used are modeled and textured by other artists. The program takes awhile to get the hang of, but it's awesome nonetheless. You should try it!
