My internet started spazzing out last night so I had to wait till morning to post this.Due to a role-play that I am currently doing with I have begun to fall back into this shipping hole. So, I figured I'd draw a futuristic family picture.
And that photo in the background is one I actually took myself back when I visited Wellington with my dad and sister.

Hello again. I know I asked before hand how you got the glitch effect but I never fully understood. I'm a slow learner ... Could you please give me some advice on how you got to glitch effect with Microsoft Paint?

I have to know, how did you get that static effect? I've been trying to get that texture but I haven't been successful. Mind giving me some pointers?

It's REALLY easy to get it. I just color the white I don't what to have it, I make sure the areas where I do want it are white and transparent. Then I place the image/drawing over the static and it shows through. Simple!

Ah. Sorry, I'm on a laptop. Could you try to explain it again to me, please? I use the Polygon tool for Rob's glitched limbs. I use the paint bucket to paint the area a shade darker than white (the very next shade of white). Than I take the polygon tool and trace the area. I then change the colour of colour 2 to black. I then right click the shape and go to outline and fill. I change outline to no outline and I change fill to pencil. It's a lot simpler in my head, sorry.
