My August 8th roster prediction.

The bottom row are DLC.
There are many characters (namely Igglypuff) who I feel were just really bad choices and was just me having a mental blank.

Lemme explain some of the characters.

New Characters (Base Roster):
Geno: He's a shoe-in by this point. If Ridley and King K. Rool are in it, surely Sakurai would put in a character even he wants in.
Skull Kid: Those chairs and cushions, man. They gotta mean something.
Banjo & Kazooie: Nintendo just recently got along with Microsoft, although I feel like this happened too late. But what I think started it was Sakurai asking for Banjo & Kazooie.
Issac: A really popular character during the development of Smash 4 and during the Smash Ballot.
Bandana Waddle Dee: A Kirby character and is really popular in Japan.

Echo Fighters (Base Roster):
Ninten: It's another Earthbound rep and it completes the playable character trio.
Black Shadow: I feel as if Sakurai knows that people want another F-Zero rep.
Igglypuff: Just one of those 'out there' options Sakurai loves.
Impa: Obvious.
Dark Meta Knight: Makes too much sense. Plus, with Nintendo loving to have edgy echos, it just works.
Dixie Kong: Obvious
Shadow: Majorly obvious
Isabelle: Totally not just following Vergeben's leak or anything.
Ken: Obvious, plus Vergeben said something about him.
Octoling: Makes too much sense.

DLC:
Karate Joe: It's a new rep for the series and has been 'teased' before.
Incineroar: We've never had a game where we haven't gotten a new pokemon. Plus, Vergeben.
Chibi Robo: I feel like he did pretty well in the roster, but not having enough to make it. And it's a new rep.
Excitebike: The retro-pick that wasn't high enough on the Ballot
Tails: The fact that Shadow and Knuckles are getting a major role in the game without Tails just doesn't work and I think Sakurai might notice this.
Primid: I really do feel like this is Sakurai's last Smash. And to remember it, I feel like he'll add a character that originated from the game that has major hype and positivity with.

DLC would cost $3.99.

DLC (Bundles):
Rayman and Globox: Rayman seems just so likely and I feel he did really well in the Ballot and with Mario & Rabbids Kingdom Battle showing just how well Nintendo and Ubisoft work together, I feel like Sakurai might get lucky with a Globox Echo.
Springman and Ribbon Girl: Springman seems like the best DLC choice. He's a fighting game character. I feel like adding Ribbon Girl as an Echo is a good choice, although it's likely she'd be an alt.
Rex and Pyra: They have gotten major popularity since Xenoblade 2 came out. They were too late, but I have no doubts that Sakurai will add them. Although, I feel like they'd be more of a duo.

DLC Bundles would cost $4.99.
