As write A-L-L-I-N-E try to delete sph of the hair (If there is) also you can try to delete in PMX/D Editor lines of the hair. I know that this may be stupid but why don't try? I'm not sure If there's a problem by toon (If there is a toon) or try to turn of (or turn on) "double-sided", "Ground shadow" and etc.
