Okay so now that im actually doing this here are the references for the main characters, if there's anyone you have questions for i can certainly come up with something
So i am going to list some character summaries that may or may not have changed from cannon

also i am completely dead after this, why did i write so much gah

Flowey:
Flowey's story is pretty much the same, however instead of Alphys being his creator it's Muffet. Hes infused with spider influence in him. His anger a lot comes from the fact that when he was alive his parents were that. When he wakes up and escapes muffets lab he goes to the castle in order to find Asgore and Toriel only to find the Kind and Magnificent Papyrus. Upset his story continues on the normal pathway into meeting frisk.

Asriel: So far nothing has changed

Chara: So far nothing has changed.

Frisk: So far nothing has changed.

Monster Kid: So far nothing has changed.

Sans: Sans is the sickly elder brother of King Papyrus. Due to his poor health he could not directly become the King of Monsterkind so it was passed to his brother. Though unable to directly become king he does most of the work for Papyrus so that he could enjoy his childhood as a regular monster. During his youth Sans works as a scientist in the underground and he has an avid interest in science. As he grew older his health did not improve and Papyrus became more aware of the responsibility Sans carried. Eventually because of events discussed in Papyrus summary Sans leaves the Castle for the ruins.

Alphys: She still has an avid interest in sciences however she serves as a better mechanic. Muffet obtained the position of Royal scientist long before she could. So instead she runs a mechanic and tech store in waterfall. She live besides the ghost cousins Happstablook and Napstablook. Hapstablook who goes by Mettaton works at the store with her after she builds him a temporary body in order to fulfill his wish of becoming a human star. She has a major crush on the Undergrounds star Undyne, though she would never admit it.

Muffet: Muffet although she is a fan of pastries in order to save spider kind she finds that she need to take over a higher position, using the kindness of King Papyrus to rescue all of the spiders in the underground. Then after Sans leaves the capital Muffet uses her charisma to Convince Papyrus that she should be able to make spiderkind stronger, in the long run making monsterkind stronger.

Asgore: The retired King of the Unground, he lives with Toriel as far as he can away from the capital and all of the problems of the major part of the underground. He works as a sentry with the dog squad, although that is his primary job he also just goes around snowdin talking to any and all monster to brighten up their day. He also spends a lot of time at his wife Toriel's bakery where he sit and drink hot chocolate and butterscotch and cinnamon pie.

Toriel: She is the former Queen of the Underground, She lives with her husband Asgore in Snowdin. She runs a bakery in town as well as she visits the school in the capital quite often to talk to the children and help out. On The days where she leaves the bakery to her husband she goes deep into the forest to sit and eat by the old doors of the ruins. She laughs and tells goes with a man behind the door.

Napstablook: Though napstablook is still a very gloomy ghost he has the support of mettaton in his life to make him feel a little bit more cheerful.

Mettaton: The flamboyant cousin of napstablook. He dreams of becoming a famous actor in the human world and so he approaches Alphys one day with the request. Although Alphys can't make him a star she does her best to make him a body, although made out of old scraps in the junkyard mettaton is delighted! To show his gratitude he starts helping her with her work eventually becoming her full time assistant and friend.

Undyne: Undyne the most passionate person in the underground. She is a member of the royal guard and is passionate about protecting and inspiring the people. Seeing the people around her looking and feeling dreadful about being trapped underground she befriends King Papyrus and eventually asked about making a television show to broadcast to all of the underground in order to inspire the people. This idea excites them both and become a huge success, King papyrus stars on her shows quite often.

Papyrus: Papyrus does not take on any leadership goals until well after hes an adult. He began taking on the role of King when he noticed how very tired and sickly his brother seems. As he begins taking of the responsibility of the kingdom it begins to stress papyrus out, he can handle most of it until he learns of the most important job. The deceased monarchs of the underground had declared war on humanity years and years ago. His brother and his dear friend Grillby had hidden the human souls that had been collected from him, never telling him that since the war was declared every human who fell into the was slayed. Sans and Grillby promise him that Papyrus will never be forced to hurt anyone. Although papyrus agrees he will never hurt anyone he researched humanity and finds out how dangerous humans are. He becomes obsessed and worried that perhaps his poor sickly brother would become the victim of a human and tries his best to care and protect sans. So blindsided by his goal sans is unable to stand the thought that papyrus may at this rate be forced to fight a human and he leaves the castle. He moves into the ruins in order to take the last humans soul. If he slayed them when they fell down his brother would never be in danger. But as years passed tings change.

Grillby: Grillby is the leader of the royal guard, he took on the position after Asgore and Toriel left rulership. He kept the position and when the monarchs passed on he vowed that he would protect the children of the deceased monarchs.
