The Digimon's height and size fluctuated wildly throughout the series. For example, In 02, at one point Hikari's full height went up to Angewomon's groin(a bit shorter than Matthew in this pic) and then later a Teenager goes up to Ladydevimon's chest, with Angewomon and Ladydevimon being shown to be the same height an episode earlier. In the video games, Digimon are often much, much taller and larger than Humans. There is an MMO right now where Ladydevimon is even taller than in this picture.
