Well, we now know that RD and AJ are at least two surviving members of the Mane 6.
RD ended up marrying Soarin, and she became some kind of military commander, given the uniform. Although the colours of her rainbow mane and tail are faded, they can still be seen.
AJ looks almost unrecognizable! That last panel makes me think of American Gothic. I'm probably not the only who's made that comparison.
