sorry to say, but that hair is fail
if you're gonna do spikes, i would prohibit the use of any gel or water based products
if you want a decent result you should start off by washing, blow dry, straighten and fluff it up with a small amount of hair powder
if you're working with a fine hair type, try to make all the hair stand right up and use that as your basis for picking out spikes and shaping your style as desired
if you're having a hard time to make it stand up, add a small amount of matte paste thruout the hair
you can also use a slight bit of paste to strengthen the spikes
to finish off you style, freze it with got2b glued hairspray, also known as the yellow megahorn of godliness
please note tho that the hair will become restraint when you work with these kind of products, so it's recommended that you avoid using any kind of moisture, as it will only make things sticky
on a final note, i don't know how well this would work for coarse hair types, but the key element is to make the hair stand up without bending or falling from the weight of excessive hair products
if paste doesn't work dor you, you may want to switch it out with a light wax or clay
just...don't use gel

The wig was styled by ~FujimiyaRan I just painted and sewed the outfit and IΒ΄m the model.
She only used normal hairspray fpr the wig. No wax or gel or something. Just hairspray and a hairdryer.
But right now IΒ΄m learning how to style wigs by myself so thank you so much for your tips ^^
