Yeah. It's currently available as an "SVG" or an "AI". If you have a vectoring editing program*, you can literally make it as big or as small as you want with no loss of resolution (it's a vector). The preview here is rasterized to match dA's preview requirements.
Also: since the source files (SVG, AI) are already provided, it's easy-peasy to move/rotate the background mountains around to match that particular background you shared.
