I kinda like Toon Dragon, but it's effect is a downer for me. I just use the cards that I have.

Ah, but here's the beauty of Toons! Once you special Summon Toon Dragon, you can Use Skill Drain and Attack first Turn!

No, they are from the third japanese movie of yugioh. Stardust and blue eyes are in english only and red eyes is japanese only, just like Meteor B. Dragon

Well the cards themselves look different(the back of said cards is red with black oval instead of the usual brown vortex) and there are some combos that do not exist in the actual game(like three blue eyes concealed in a piece of chest plating with only their heads sticking out).
All in all, very different.

Yes, very wierd, but those are the roots of the yugioh card game.(The game then was called magic and wizards)
It the movie of this series, seto kaiba stole some kid's red eyes black dragon card, and yami yugi had to duel kaiba with the card to get it back. This is also the movie where the saying
"While blue eyes is power, red eyes is potential" came from.
(blue eyes is known for only a few evolutions, where as red eyes has several)
