I've been drawing plain clothes versions of megavolt and quacker jack for a while on my tumblr, I've got some vague idea for a story about them roadtripping to cause havoc in another city. Maybe someday.Also my headcanon for QJ's hat-less head is that the hair underneath is shaped like his jester hat.

Ah yes;Β Darkwing Duck S1E56: "The Haunting of Mr. Banana Brain". One of my top 10 episodes of Darkwing Duck. One of the rare times Quackerjack teams up with Darkwing to "get ridiculous" with Paddywhack. Also comes to show that Quackerjack is not the type of enemy that holds grudges, unless Mr. Banana-Brain gets damaged badly by anyone as cruel as NegaDuck. (referring to the BOOM! Comics)

I saw this on tumblr, and both me and my friend are totally in love with this idea, as well as Quacky's hair! I saw a screenshot once where he was bald, and I'm sorry, I just think he has fluffy, adorable hair like you depict, it's just my go-to when I think about it. I hope you go through with a story, I love all the sequences I've seen regarding it.

Did he ever take his hat off in the show at all? I could have sworn he never did. But then I haven't watched every episode since I was a kid. Man I'm insanely curious now! : D

He diiiid, not by choice though, it was the episode where Paddywhack was sucking him up into the jack in the box, and the force of the box ended up tearing all of Quacky's clothes off first, leaving him in his boxers or something to that effect. He was kinda bald looking, it's on tumblr in the tag somewhere too that someone screenshot. I think if you really squint though, he just might have hat hair where it's plastered to his head from his hat, at least, that's what I tell myself, because I really like to think of him as fluffy like this.
