yush i know its big but nikki wanted me to tell her how i make a base since i dont make bases offen heres meh base makeing ness x.x its late were i am and meh eyes hurt...reall pic. :[link]

the color you want to cover over, make the main color. the color you want it to be, make it the secondary color. tehn, right click and it will cover that one color you don't want oveer with the color you do

you just have to use the default colors on the Paint menu, the very bright ones!
Oh! I figured out how to solve the colors problem!
Ctrl + A (to select all image), Ctrl + C (to copy), create a new file, Ctrl + V (to post) and then Menu, Save As, type name, and I like to save as PNG.

Okay got it! And what are the neon colors that you use?

I normally use the one she showed. Blue, green etc. But might be a good idea to use colors different from the ones on the original pic. Like if the original is mostly full of shades of blue, try using red and pink so they won't mix.

I find it much easier to make the picture greyscaled then color it. XDDDDDDd

Quick tip for photoshop users, you can skip the whole erasor part by just making a new layer and tracing it that way. Though I'd still pick a neon color just to be safe, oh, and set the size of the pincel tool to 1 px XP
BTW I started making my base via this tut so I'm gonna postie a link to it when I get it done and uploaded.
