nonon, i mean don't go buyin' random colors when you get 'em D: get color schemes. Like, for example, when I first bought copics, I bought the color scheme for my character Skitzel C:

get skin white (E00 or E000) and sand (E...something |D can't remember) for skin tones. You can just layer them to get alternating shades, but those two suffice for skin tones for me C:

the only thing i have to say is that you should probably work on normal person anatomy if you want to do high details. one of the things that makes chibi's nice is their simplicity with their small bodies. if you give a chibi the realistic details of a normal person it might not work out as well. other than that, the coloring job is really nice! like really nice!
do you have to pay for paint tool sai?

yeah xD but, you can just download the portable version. Just check youtube and type in how to download Painttool Sai for free. D: make sure you check what you download though, it might be a virus. Um and thanks xD I tend to draw chibis like that because o-o have no clue. LOL. I just do but thanks >w< i'll try harder~
