What a nice and detailed sculpture of Lloyd Wyman!
Ehrm, I mean, of Dr. Fell.
Ahem, Mr. Cloister.
*cough*

Your facework on your models is right on... I use to spend my allowence money on Aurora Monster Models some 40 years ago... I noticed on your star wars girl she was in parts, are you making this a models to glue and paint? if not, you should.... If you sell the finished products, I'd like a link to check it out.

My father is a collector of Aurora models. while they may not be as highly detailed as today's statues/collectibles. There is something nostalgic about them that just can't be replaced. I'm a freelance sculptor for a bunch of different companies. That particular one was made for Sideshow collectibles. They paint, finish, and produce the pieces as pre-made collectible statues. This Hannibal was made for a company called Hollywood Collectibles Group. He is for sale, again, as a pre-painted assembled collectible. I always thought companies should sell kits and let the garage it guys go to town with their own one of a kind hand painted piece. Not sure why they don't. Anyway, thanks again and cheers!

Thank you for the kind words and back at you as well. excellent work in your gallery. As far as the comments, I have no idea. I'm assuming people just stare at the screen in amazement with the same expression as the first girl they find in the closet in the movie "The Ring" also seen here

lol just kidding. I have no idea. I only hope people do see it and like what they see. Its always gratifying to hear any nice comments at all about my work as I do put quite a bit of effort into it
Thanks you again for taking the time to comment and please stay tuned, I have lots of goodies coming up that I'm not allowed to show or talk about yet.

Thank you too. I just started to make 3D sculpts, but I hope that one day I will achieve a skill-level like yours. Your sculpts are very inspirational.

thank you very much. there are some things I would actually change on him. I was reluctant to show it but I hadn't posted anything in a while so...there you have it
took me about a month for the entire piece, which I will be showing more of very soon. making the gurney was the biggest pain. He stands 12 inches tall.

You certainly captured that expression perfectly! Very subtle, but very telling, just like his acting. How did you pick which expression to use?

Thank you very much. yeah I love Anthony Hopkins. I just liked his crazy look like when he first meets Clarice, I thought it fit considering he's never in this gurney without the mask on in the movie.
