A few weeks before Election Day, Barack Obama made a campaign stop in my town. So, early in the morning on the day of his visit, I picked up my good buddy Kyle and we went to the rally. We waited a few hours for Obama, but it was well worth it. Love him or hate him, the man is a phenomenal speaker. I was actually pretty surprised at the number of people present and the support the audience gave, because our town is well-known for its right-wing views (we're a town of miners and ranchers). Anyway, being liberals, Kyle and I were psyched. He brought his camera, and I'm still kicking myself for leaving mine behind (we were asked not to bring any bags with us). So we both snapped some pictures, and I wish they were better quality, but I don't think it would really be possible to capture the experience on film anyway.
On Election Day, Kyle and I both voted Democrat
