I am a flaming Moltres!Okay, not so much, but I always loved that episode. Moltres is a weird legendary. It's wings have been pretty much been fully redesigned every gen, from fully feathered normal wings to non-solid fully flame wings to the newer design of plucked chicken wings with fire for feathers. It gets a sort of weird disrespect in the anime too, needing to be rescued in almost every appearance. Still, it's from the original and best legendary trio.

I don't like Moltres quite as much as I like Ho-Oh, but as a member of the original three legendary birds it's still pretty cool.

I should do a full sized Ho-Oh sometime, but that's a REALLY big one.

I liked the design of the legendary birds in the original R/B. The sprites, especially Articuno and Moltres, really looked like ancient carvings of legendary beasts come to life.

They did have a quality like that back then. I also liked it better when Articuno had a neck.
