Qaz: Do you have anything to do tonight?Devilina: No, but I think you have something in your mind.
I drew this pic to salute the anniversary of my first date with Mary. She liked it so much that she wanted me to post it here too.
Basically I asked her for a drink in hospital cafeteria. It wasn't very romatic since we were both really ill.
This time I could take her to a real restaurant and make it all far more romantic.

I was actually curious about that, Qaz. Was Mary a nurse or a fellow patient? How did you two fall in love? People know me and Em's story and I've always wondered about yours!

Mary was a fellow patient and we met while queuing. It was a really long line so we started talking. And some time later we met in the same line again.
I guess it was the fact I could talk with someone who had lots of health problems herself and who thus understood my situation and feelings which made me want to meet her again.
We really needed someone to talk with so we kept seeing each others and going to places together. It was friendship first since we both were sure we would never live to see the next summer.
But we did. And we just thought it might be a sign we should do something more with our lives. You know the rest.

But first of all, what a nice story Qaz. 
And second, This pic is so friking awesome.
Again, your choices of colors, contrast and light is still blowing us away. 
So much putted into this piece, it's amlmost hard to set word on everything
First of all, I like how both characters fill out the big picture, making them the center of attention so we're in no doubt of what we're supposed to look at.
I especially like how you draw tails and poses, they always seem to fit in so perfectly.
and that bust is awefully eye catching

But all in all, awesome work on this great piece of yours, and I wish I had more words in my mind that could say how happy for this. ;x;

I have indeed been happy with Mary like Qaz has been happy with Devilina though our relationship includes a lot less drinking blood than theirs.
This pic was fun to draw and like you said when you have just two characters you had better to fill the whole pic with them.
I am also glad to hear you like the use of color here. My hands shake so I have to draw slowly and my lines aren't on their smoothest anymore. But it warms my heart to know that someone appreciates it all.
Devilina's dress might be too small, uncomfortable and cold but it does show off her bust pretty well.
Qaz: They look even better without clothes on.

I like to dress Devilina in shades of red and yellow so she has only warm colors in her. Qaz on the other hand balances between dark grey and bright yellow.

It helps the character stand out of the background and directs the attention of people looking the pic to right things. It is easier to recognise the characters when they all look a bit different.
Something I learned from those art classes I were on.
