Glad to see Cynder drawn with her original colors instead of that dark purple. I know it's supposed to symbolize her reformation and separation from darkness or something like that, but why would you name a dark purple dragon after cinders, which are usually dark gray to almost black in color? Plus it takes away the impact of Spyro being a rarity due to being purple.

"Despite Cynder being a black dragon, her scales sometimes appear to be purple, be it dark purple, when compared to Spyro in Dawn of the Dragon. This appears mostly in previous concept art of Cynder, and in the final game of the series (where her body is seemingly always shown to be purple). It could be a glitch, a color error, or could also be a result of the lighting (notice that blacklights glow purple). It is also possible that if her coloring was black, it would be hard to see the shading on her."

Well if they wanna see shading on her, they could just lighten her a bit or give her more intense highlights.
Not like I'm complaining about her color, I just liked it better when she was black.
