An embroidered pendant I made featuring my favorite constellation, Orion. He's the one I look for every time I look up at the night sky. He looks just the same whether I am in the US or in England. Even when I am thousands of miles away from my family or from my husband, Orion is still there, just the same.I'm very fond of this little guy here, too.

Lots of love for Orion. I do the same as you as well - it's comforting. It's the first constellation I ever learnt to identify on my own.

There's a LOT of excess fabric all neatly stitched up on the back, and the back is covered with metal so it doesn't really get touched or jostled enough to fray. For extra security, I have a product that you apply to the edges of fabric to keep it from fraying.
