Pearl was Candy's best friend and protector. When Candy was scared or sad she would rush over to her to make her feel better. Candy was the most scared during a storm. Pearl acted like she had no fears and would scream at the storm until it stopped. That would make Candy feel better and she help Candy's confidence grow.

Yesterday was Pearl's birthday and it was very fitting that it was raining.

Without having this spit fire demon bird in my life, I would have never taken in all of these birds. She was the first bird I've ever train and the one that helped shaped me into what I am today.
