I wouldn't know how to improve the makeup.. I think the sharp black line around ur eyes fits to the sharp line of the black cloth and I like the shape of a tilted triangle that results from connecting the black lines. And of course the dots give a certain "je ne sais quoi" ,

Im doing a special piece on eyes
taking different pieces from different artists and putting them all together
and your piece! has caught my eye!
if you wouldnt mind Id like to use it

I think...just on a technical part, you should try to set your camera at ISO 200 or 100...
