Very good. And clearly better in all respects than the photo you used for inspiration.
Lighter yet denser in terms of pigments, a little fleshier also as far as the model and so much livelier.
Two possible points of contention however: one is the flower, which obviously adds substance and balance (to the other reds) as well as helps focus, but doesn't seem necessary because of the already quite successful adaptations made; the other is the eyes which actually made me look if you had used a photo shoot of a model as a source. Indeed, they still reflect in your own the lighting around the irises, giving this portrait an eery supernatural feel (positive) but definitely marking it as photo origined (negative).
This last point may well be very difficult to modify, but could it, it would imho put it in a whole different class.

Her eye looks a lot wider in comparison to the photo.
