This is essentially all the characters who recur throughout the story.

The denizens of Realm of Horror may be called Horrorfolk, but there's evidence suggesting Ib and Garry aren't necessarily originally from the Realm of Horror domain canonically in Final War.

The new addition to the rewritten story comes in the form of Papyrus from Undertale. He serves as Ib's progression as to how she actually obtains her pink and red heart-themed sword and shield. He's essentially Ib's side arc B plot over her travels with Sonic in the form of a combat tutor. She must deal with his Spaghetti Knight training bull by starting as a Spaghetti Squire after getting her stick weapon, in which she promptly gets a wooden plank as a shield. It's great. xD

Other than that, everything else is about Realm of Horror is the same.
