A bit of a huge WIP of something I've been meaning to do for a while. Tbh, I was KINDA surprised to find out sis, RubySp00n , had the same good idea as me. I'm still in a bit of a stupor. Not sure if I should be happy we both love Okami, or scared because she probably beat me to it. xD

For reference, here's Ruby-chan's (If I had a core, I'd leave a thumbnail but this'll do...stupid DA, let us poor af casuals put them in descriptions of our art already so we don't need to pay anything we don't want to for it. xD): fav.me/d77vwop

Though I guess one difference all of you may have noticed in the past if you haven't seen the original yet is that mine is actually based on a common human personification fan art general idea people usually do of her from what I've found in Google images. Which after much digging I eventually discovered said human Amaterasu basis used was created by an artist from Canada going by Kaze-Hime. (Links provided to the ones I know of here. But I'll admit, Kaze. If you're still active and you see this somehow? You kinda had me there for a while. I almost thought the first drawing I saw of your human Amatersu posted in April of 2008 way back before I could even make a DA was official art made by Clover for the longest time. You might be a bit too good at what you do in regards to Okami. xD Thankfully I finally did some research in my spare time, as you probably created the most accurate possible personification based on how Yatsu described her appearance as a maiden at the Gale Shrine in-game, and it's become a part of how a lot of folks among Okami's fans still make personified art of her today by doing different things with it while staying as true to the general idea that was drawn by you as possible...even running into Japanese fan art who learned of your take every now and then in my travels on the web): fav.me/d1e6hxl fav.me/d3defct

I'll probably try to do an inked version with a bio when I'm sure the winter storm going on here in RI has fully passed. We just survived the snow. Now I gotta deal with ice from frigid temperatures on Friday. And then finally on Saturday? Satan's Frozen Cesspool.
