Because I think it's weird for Megatron to keep his helmet on when...well, you get the idea. Set in G1, but with Megatron: Origins design. Because I freakin' love his crests.And no, I don't have Megatron: Origins comic - I drew this from my sole memory of seeing one of its page sometimes ago, somewhere. So, please excuse the inaccuracy.

yes there is a certain majesty in the power of entwined fingers. It lets you know how deep the affection is rather than just letting your fingers lay limp in anothers hands. I could not agree more.
Ah but true fans can see thru his meanness (in our heads anyway) and see that he really does care! Starscream should count himself lucky Megatron puts up with him so much- come to think of it... that is somethign we can use to defuse Megatron's "Im the bad guy" thing! He couldn't even finish off Starscream no matter how many times he tried to overthrow him! He would shoot him and intentionally not shoot to kill... injure/hurt yes, but Starscream remianed functional! LOL, we knew he was a softy!

Right. Entwined fingers and forehead-kiss...they both hold such big tenderness in such simple gestures. Maybe I'll try forehead kiss after this...again, when I have the time, that is.
LOL you are absolutely right! Not everyone Megatron would just let live after so many treachery. He won't admit it, but I think he too had fallen to the irresistable charm of Starscream! He's masochistic, so shoot-to-pain would be a daily routine for Megatron, but never to kill. The Seeker is just too precious (secretly) to him.

I don't remember if I have Megatron: Origins comic. Drives my husband up the wall that I just hit and miss with trades but I suppose the comics don't hold much for me now days. Always been more into the cartoon verse.
But I wish to see Origins cause it would be cool to see Megatron like this.
Now you mention it ya you'll think if the helmets come off they would to make out and stuff.
I love the black shading you did on Megatron that shows high lights on him.
The expressions are good as well as the pose. Very good lineart which has very clean lines.

I'm also more interested in cartoons than the comics, but I love Megatron so much, it's driving me crazy not having any Origins in my collection...I only caught glimpse here and there on the pages. I fell in love instantly when I saw Megatron with the crests.
From the panels I've seen once before, yes, Megatron's helmet is removable and the crests will extend when the helmet is off. I don't know about anyone else, but it'll be like Megatron 'undressing' when he showed his crests. Sexy thing, that 'Con...
It's actually my very first time to make highlights on metals - I learned from watching your arts, you know, so thanks very much! But I still don't know how to shade the other parts where they're not black...

Okay now I want to see if I have Origins or not. I really have not gotten much into the comics but now I want to see Megatron's crest!
You learned from watching me? I didn't realize I had impacted you so much. I don't know if my vampire/werewolf comics would be any good on highlights and inking to you. The un-black parts can be done in many different ways in ink. Each artist has their own style and take. I took another quick look on what you did and you did very well on subtle shading on Megatron. If I was to touch up I may do a bit under Starscream's arm and beneath the arm where it is over the wing to try and add depth. I've told other artists if they have to, photocopy your own artwork if it will make you feel better (some don't want to destroy in any way the original) and just practice inking.
But I do hope you post up more.

Yep, your way of shading metals astound me. While my style may not look exactly like yours, the fact remains that I learn from you. In fact, it's YOU who gotten me into TF Slash!Yes, I was thinking to shade those parts too, but I have no idea how to shade them. So I'll let it be for the moments and practised on other arts to get it right.
