I did mess up on his a bit only because the scan was so small and interpreting can be hard at times. But it's always something to learn off.

There is a few programs that do it but the main ones are Macromedia Freehand and Flash but Adobe Illustrator seems to be the most popular one.
Its like drawing only with the use of solid shapes to make it. Ummm the only way I might be able to show you how it is done is here
