LIGHT/Level 7/Dragon/EffectIf this card is in your hand or Graveyard: You can banish a total of 2 LIGHT and/or Dragon-Type monsters from your hand and/or Graveyard, except this card; Special Summon this card. During your opponent's End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Return it to the hand. You can discard this card and 1 LIGHT monster to the Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; banish that target. If this card is banished: You can add 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "Eco, Dragon Ruler of Miracles" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

You also helped me with the plot for my story. Varen isn't the only one possessing a Dragon Ruler.
5 more people with different stories will use them.
But for Evil (again), only Varen doesn't know it; he is being used. After knowing it he continues using and staying by the side of who is controlling him.
