To earn the 'brows' upgrade you must earn a total of 10 art magic.The 'brows' upgrade can be used to change the eyebrows of your evoloon to any shape, or remove them completely.

No, the tongue can have any shape you wish (no upgrade needed).

Yes, they do. If you want "three dots per brow", you could use those upgrades instead:
10 Markings -- LoveΒ 40
Your evoloon can now have up to 10 markings
(Or any upgrade allowing more markings)
