This is Novaleen.She is one of the order who is in charge of approving baby evoloons.
Her power is it to bless other evoloons with upgrades and she will do that now and then.
Novaleen is a fun loving and skillful evoloon. She loves to see dedicated young evoloons working hard for their goals and enjoys their happy faces when they reach new upgrades.
