Plagaraptors are from another dimension and unlike anything found on Loonia. As natural pack animals, they are extremely aggressive to outsiders. They are known to lay their eggs in nests made by other creatures, and when the Plagaraptors hatch, they will eat their nestmates before seeking out a pack. Despite their small size (fft - 1.5ft / 30cm-46cm; few individuals reach 2ft / 61cm), they are dangerous due to their sheer speed, sharp claws, and serrated teeth. In fact, they are so fast that they’ve evolved “Soul Vents” along their muzzles which help expel the heat building up in their bodies as they run.

Taming

The best way for an Evoloon to raise a Plagaraptor is by hatching it from an egg. From then on, the Evoloon can teach it “right” from “wrong” and the Plagaraptor will consider that Evoloon its alpha. However, even fully trained Plagaraptors are highly demanding; however, they do make for extraordinary work out buddies and best friends!

Fun Facts!
Soul vents are called “soul vents” because the heat being expelled leaves in a large cloud, almost as if the Plagaraptor’s soul is leaving their body
They can easily eat their own body weight in one sitting
Plagaraptors see their owner as the “Alpha” since they have alphas in a natural pack
Plagaraptor Alphas have multi-colored masks and claws, some alphas may also be larger than other pack members

Design Rules

Body
Should start out with natural colors
All color traits & markings can be changed with a Paint Potion
For example, the mask and claws can now be multi-colored
Feathers can be tipped with unnatural color
The body can now be an unnatural color, etc.
Can be feathered or bald; furthermore, feathers can appear anywhere on the body
A Plagaraptor must have the following features:
Two toes on every limb + a thumb
1 pair of arms, 2 pairs of arms, or 3 pairs of arms
Long or short tail
Soul vents

Optional Traits
There are some optional traits that you can add to your Plagaraptor, such as:
Horns (must be in pairs; can be cracked/chipped)
Claws being natural colors

Markings
Any markings and patterns are allowed! (spots, stripes, hearts, swirls, etc.)

Mask
All Plagaraptors have a solid colored mask in one, saturated unnatural color
NO greyscale, “naturals,” muted, or neutral tones; pastels and slightly darker colors are permitted
