"You there! Kind stranger! I do not mean to bother you, but you look like someone experienced in dealing with monsters and other foul things. I say this because we have a problem in the town's cemetery, the one just on the outskirts. I don't know if you have been around here during the night, but there is an awful racket that comes from the cemetery when the sun goes down! Every single night it happens, and it is the most dreadful thing! No one in town can sleep, it's so loud! It's like if someone threw a slew of church bells down the tower stairs! Clanging and banging all night long, with not a lull or pause! And the singing, if one could count it as such! Whoever she is, she is terrible at it! No earplugs or pillows can possibly mute that horrid caterwauling! If you don't believe me, just stick around until the sun goes down, then you will hear our predicament!

We would take care of the problem ourselves, but no one is brave enough to set foot in there once she starts playing. You see, it appears she makes enough noise to wake the dead! Literally! They rise from their coffins and dance about like crazed beasts! They just dance the night away until the sun comes back, and then they return to their graves. Yes, they do sound harmless, but I am not fooled! I am sure if we would step past those gates, those terrible creatures would charge forth and tear us to shreds! Why else would they torment us so? But you have weapons, and you look like you know how to use them! Please, kind stranger, go in there and get rid of her, before the gods themselves smite our whole town to get some peace and quiet!"

Was having fun with the idea of odd/themed necromancers, which brought to mind the phrase "loud enough to wake the dead." So why not make a necromancer that uses music to raise her minions? Really, really loud, obnoxious and most certainly not in beat music! She's the type that really likes doing the "fork in the garbage disposal," and runs with the mantra "if you can't play good, play loud." Despite her morbid appearance and foul music, she is actually rather nice. She just really, really likes to make music and loves having a good time. Those who are musically inclined themselves may have a wonderful chat with her, but good luck being heard over the racket.

While at first it may seem that her and Bellkeeper would get along perfectly, there is a conflict in interest. Bellkeeper is one who seeks to preserve and care for these instruments, making sure they stay cleaned, polished and in their proper place. Bella, however, doesn't care in the slightest for cleanliness or caution. She will romp through every graveyard she can find, and dance across the countryside to her heart's content. If they ever hung out, I imagine it would just result in Bellkeeper chasing after her with rags and oil while she goes streaking through some swampy ruins.
