Description
Suppose you were taking a stroll through the woods, minding your own business and soaking in the sights. All of the sudden, you stumble upon a clearing in the forest, one that seems odd to you. The ground is flat and well-maintained, patches of flowers sprout here and there, but with the obvious help of a gardening hand. A small, simple hut sits in the middle, smoke rising from the chimney. And in that opening are beehives, lots and lots of beehives. You can see the bees buzzing through the air, visiting the flowers and protecting the hives. You can also see the set up and equipment for a honey gathering business. If you are to come upon this clearing, remember this: Do not enter it. Do not approach it. And most of all, DO NOT TOUCH THE HIVES. For this is the home of The Beekeeper, and The Beekeeper is one being you should never mess with. The Beekeeper is an odd entity, one who is always seen wearing a bee mask and specialized armor. His true face is never seen, and his voice is rarely heard. But what is known is that The Beekeeper is one of the world's few apiaromancers. An apiaromancer is a mage who specializes in bees and honey, an odd class, but an effective one. Apiaromancers have a special link with all bees, able to speak with them and influence their actions. The Beekeeper never speaks word, but it seems he communicates through pheromones somehow. They can also influence all products of bees, like beeswax and honey. Some may laugh at the idea of honey being used as a weapon, but there will be no laughter when a face full of it leads to asphyxiation. They can produce honey from magic and move it to fit their needs, using it to create tidal waves, trap foes in sticky globs, suffocate enemies, block incoming magic attacks, slow down movement and even climb walls. Their communion with bees allows them launch swarms of deadly bees to plague their enemies and scare off intruders. The Beekeeper is a master of this art, and he uses it well.
Aside from the powers of apiaromancy, The Beekeeper has special tools and armor. One is his honey staff, a weapon that he uses to direct his magic attacks and beat down foes. A strange organic structure in the staff allows it to produce the magical honey for apiaromancy, sweating out gobs of it with ease. The staff can cover itself up with this special honey and use it to absorb magic attacks. The energy-infused honey can then be slung back at the foe to stick on and explode. Even without magic, The Beekeeper can physically fight with deadly efficiency. Fast movements and stinging blows can take down the hardiest of enemies. He also has special gauntlets of his making. These gauntlets can spew out clouds of smoke, which he can use to help calm his swarms or confuse opponents. He mainly uses it to disorient foes and trick enemies as he disappears in a plume of smoke. His gauntlets also have stinger-knives strapped to them, which he can throw at foes and inject them with burning venom. To top it all off, his armor seems to have hives built into the chest and shoulders. These hives can unleash swarms of bees or streams of honey, which he uses often in combat. The side slits can also produce honey, which he uses defensively. A sword strike through honey is hardly an effective one. With all these tools and powers, combined with quick speeds and fierce determination, The Beekeeper is a respected and feared opponent.
Though he can be lethal, The Beekeeper spends most of his time tending to his hives and harvesting honey. The magical honey he can summon is extremely thick and bland, terrible for bee food and human food alike. So he cares for dozens of hives and collects honey to sell in town. His honey is considered the best around, and those who can find his single, randomly placed stall would be foolish to not buy some. Along with hive work, he also tends fields of flowers and plants, areas outside of his personal clearing where the bees can travel and thrive in. He loves his alone time and is quite peaceful and happy during these times. But when someone poses a threat to his bees (Be it invading his property, damaging his hives, stealing his honey or trampling his manicured fields) he will unleash a rage that should never be encountered. Hapless intruders will find themselves fleeing a swarm of angry bees, with many stings and bruises to remind them of their error. Those who destroy his property receive his death sentence, and he will not cease his attacks until they are dead. Once the foe is defeated, he will return to his duties and clean up the mess.
No one is really sure what species he is, as he never removes his armor. Some say he is human, but the hive-like armor seems too invasive for any being to wear. Some say he is some kind of zombie, or even a living hive itself. No one knows for sure, but they do know not to bother him.

I was at work one day and some other lab was working with bees that day. A guy walked out with a bee suit on and I was inspired to make a bee-based magician. I wish that fantasy games these days would incorporate strange classes and characters like this. A bee mage? C'mon, that would be so much fun. It could be a character that is buff based, using smoke, honey and bees to heal allies, poison foes, slow enemies and lower accuracy. The smoke could be a sleeping spell too! Instead of black mages and healers, lets see some bee wizards, ferromancers and other crazy ideas. I know there are people out there who think of those things, so lets see it!

Thanks! The fantasy world is too clogged with plain wizards, elves and dwarves. We need something different!
